Readying Future Generations, An Interview between Joline Godfrey and Peter Moustakerski
Recently I was interviewed by the Family Office Exchange’s president, Peter Moustakerski. His questions centered on the issues of change in families, especially as it concerns the well being of the next generation. He is an astute interviewer and caused me to think about how challenging it is to be adaptive, resilient, and balanced—while trying to nurture family members and manage the very complex issues of the day. I hope this conversation sparks ideas and reactions you will share here—or in a new blog post that extends the conversation. And I also look forward to continuing the conversation during our time in Tucson at the Family weekend. I’d love to use some of my office hours to hear your own ideas and reactions to this topic of managing change in families.
